More companies will be open to explore cloud lured by hassle free cost and on demand service. Cloud will be the buzz word for the coming year however there won’t be complete change overnight more people will explore hybrid cloud.

PETS – Analyst house Gartner has predicted that existing ERP systems will gradually be augmented by these add-on systems which it is calling PETS (Process Enhancement Technologies and Services). Due to alarming growth of social network and time spend by individuals – the ERP solution will move closely to meet the social network demand, stay in touch with customer.
Mobility is keywords as the next gen phones are enabled with computer like RAM to cope up with ease of use, besides majority of the workforce uses smartphone and would like to access data and interact with mobile based ERP solution.
Analytics
Bigdata like analytics – rather analytics as a stream will not fade away as millenniums customer are showing trends which most organization wish to capture the market.
